SpoolFlex also lets you output PTF, HTML, TXT, XLS and go to the IFS.

We use NGS IQ - in addition to printing regular reports, it can output PDF, 
HTML, text, etc. and send via email or put on IFS.  Our users use it together 
with NGS QPort and Smartview tools for running existing reports to Excel or 
a "Smartview" for analysis.

Or DRV Spoolflex to convert exisitng reports it to spiffy spreadsheets...

Their tools generate either RPG IV or java code and have a foundation in AS/400
report writing; so they're pretty good at it.

Does anyone have any software suggestions for reporting tools.  Basically we  
need spiffier reports to send out to our clients.
