We always have people for England, Switzerland, the Netherlands and once in a
while from Germany and rarely Italy. 

Of course there's always folks from Mexico as well as Central and South America.

Just out of plain interest and as a possible motivator for my employer:
What does the attendance to RPG World usually look like? Mostly US folks I
imagine, but how about the other continents?

If any Europeans have attended previously, would you mind hinting about the
overall cost of such an enterprise (transport both ways, hotel and food)?
